Warranty

Purewater Systems warrants all equipment that it manufactures and/or distributes to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following period of time: for our Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filtration Systems, 5 years.

If within the above period of time any component on the Purewater Under Sink Reverse Osmosis System shall be proven to Purewater Systems' satisfaction to be defective, the component will be replaced or repaired at Purewater Systems' option. Warranty requires Annual Maintenance on these systems.

The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express and implied warranty including but not limited to implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Purewater Systems will not be subject to and disclaims (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty, (2) any obligation what so ever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability), or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by Purewater Systems or undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto, and (3) all consequential, incidental and contingent damages.

Purewater Systems' obligations for non-performance, defective products or any damage caused by its' products or their use and exclusive remedy therefore shall be limited to component replacement or repair and shall be conditioned upon Purewater Systems receiving notice for such replacement or repair.

Purewater Systems warrants all equipment that it manufactures and/or distributes to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following period of time: for the hydromagnetic and ion whole house filtration systems, 25 years.

If within the above period of time any component on the Purewater Whole-House System shall be proven to Purewater Systems' satisfaction to be defective, the component will be replaced or repaired at Purewater Systems' option.
